Justin Bieber's Hometown Mayor Campaigns for Canadian Wedding

The mayor of Justin Bieber’s hometown of Stratford, Ontario is pulling out all the stops to get Justin and his wife-to-be, Hailey Baldwin to have a Canadian wedding.

Mayor Dan Mathieson tells TMZ that he would sweetin’ the deal with free tickets to Justin’s favorite local hockey team, the Stratford Warriors if they wed in the Winter.

(He’s got the team tattooed on his shoulder!) If Bieber gets married in the Summer, Mathieson says he will guarantee a slot for Bieber to perform at the city’s annual Summer Festival, which sounds like work for Justin and a win for Stratford.

Mathieson is also giving possible wedding guests a discount to the Justin Bieber exhibit, "Steps to Stardom," at the Stratford Perth Museum.

Do you think Justin and Hailey will actually want to have their wedding in Canada? I guess we'll have to wait and see.
