Dogs really are a mans best friend!
Paula Godwin took to her Facebook to share a photo of her hero Todd, who she says saved her life.
The golden retriever apparently saved Godwin from a potential rattlesnake bite by jumping in front of her while they were on a walk.
The poor pup was struck in the face by the rattlesnake and I can't even imagine how scary this must have been.
I would have freaked out if a rattlesnake bit my dog Tyga. Luckily though, Todd is expected to fully recover.
