The movie is based on the DC Comics character The Joker! There will be a new actor playing the role.
Jared Leto recently played the Batman villain in the movie Suicide Squad, however the plan is to not have this new movie become apart of the DC Comics Extended Universe.
So make sure you look out for the trailer! It's going to be epic!
