Bay Area Restaurants Who Offer Bottomless Mimosas Will Charge 'Vomit Fees'

Many restaurants in the Bay Area offer bottomless mimosas for brunch and now they are planning to charge "vomit fees" for customers who can't hold their drinks. Kitchen Story, a restaurant in Oakland, will charge a $50 cleaning fee for customers "who vomits within the area of the restaurant."

"Dear all mimosa lovers, Please drink responsibly and know your limits," reads the sign informing customers of the fees. "A $50 cleaning fees will automatically [be] included in your tab when you throw up in our public areas. Thank you so much for understanding.”

Other restaurants in the Bay Area are also partaking in this "vomit fee" with a "$50 fee for 'any incident as a result of intoxication" or are even putting limits on the time customers can have on the bottomless drinks. What do you think of this "vomit fee"? For more, click here.
