It's official, Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams are married!🥺❤
The beautiful pair got engaged back in 2019 and finally tied the knot on Saturday, August 20th at the Sunstone Winery near the Santa Barbara area after having to postpone their wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the best things about this wedding is that some of Sarah's costars from Modern Family attended the wedding and Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who plays her uncle Mitchell Pritchett in the TV series, even officiated the wedding😭
