Dodgers Wear Patch On Their Uniforms In Honor Of Vin Scully

The Los Angeles Dodgers are honoring legendary broadcaster Vin Scully by wearing a commemorative black patch on their uniforms that features a microphone with the word "Vin."

Vin Scully passed away at the age of 94 on Tuesday night and was the longest broadcaster to call games in Brooklyn and Los Angeles for 67 years. Last night, the Dodgers and San Francisco Giants lined up along the baselines before their game at Oracle Park to play a video tribute for Scully. Fans have also gone down to Dodger stadium to pay their respects to Scully and the Los Angeles City Hall was lit up in blue last night. The Dodgers will be honoring Vin Scully during a pregame ceremony at their game on Friday against the San Diego Padres. Click here for more.
