Here's What You Need To Know Before You Go To LA's Pride Parade

LA's Pride Parade is returning to Los Angeles this Sunday after being gone for the past two years and this years theme is #LoveYourPride. They will also be celebrating the parade's 50th anniversary since it was postponed due to the pandemic.

LA Pride will also be hosting the LA Pride in the Park on Saturday, June 11th with a festival style event that is going on from 1pm-11pm. The event will be at the Los Angeles State Historic Park and will have music, vendors, and exhibitor booths along with food and drinks. The parade then kicks off at 10:30am on June 12th and will start at Hollywood and Cahuenga Blvd. Over 130 groups of marchers, performers, nonprofits, celebrities, and businesses will be celebrating their LGBTQ+ employees as they walk in the 52nd Annual LA Pride Parade. There will also be a Pride Village on Sunday from 11am-10pm between Cahuenga and Vine that'll have music, art, booths, food, drinks and a Ferris wheel. Below are some things you need to know before you go:

  • Transportation: parking in Hollywood will be limited so they recommend using a ride-share or public transportation.

  • Tickets: the parade and village on Sunday will be free and is open to all ages.
