Watch The Ohio State University Marching Band's Brassy Tribute To Van Halen

The Ohio State University Marching Band added Van Halen to its repertoire this weekend in yet another stunning tribute to classic rock.

The band took the field in Columbus at halftime of a spring football game on Saturday to celebrate both the David Lee Roth and Sammy Hagar-eras of Van Halen. The set started with a brassy rendition of "Dreams" from the 5150 album and the band worked backwards from there, performing arrangements of "Panama" and "Jump."

The precision of the Buckeyes band never ceases to amaze. In addition to pulling off the songs musically, the band members arranged themselves so that they spelled out "Van Halen" and then they transitioned into the shape of a person playing the guitar.

During "Panama" the band formed the shape of a car that drove across the field. They even had someone on smoke duty on the exhaust-end of the car.

Last October, the Ohio State Athletic Band made also headlines with its tribute to Rush.
