According to Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, residents should be wearing a facial covering while handling essential tasks in public such as working, getting groceries or getting some fresh air while social distancing.
I know it will look surreal. We're going to have to get used to seeing each other like this...to be clear, you should still stay at home. This isn't an excuse to suddenly all go out.
