Fletcher Talks 'Forever', Coping With Quarantine Life, Anxiety & More

Fletcher sat down with EJ on a Zoom chat to talk all about her new song "Forever", how she's dealing with being in quarantine, anxiety and more.

Calling in from her parents house in Florida, Fletcher talks about her quarantine:

I feel like it was mother nature's way of being like 'stop abusing me' and everyone take a step back and focus on the things that are actually important. It's been really cool to see just even like other celebrities and people that I'm fans of... Like everyone is in the same situation. Everyone's in their house, everyone's in sweatpants, everyone is trying to find some sort of normalcy and routine and maintain some kind of a positive outlook through this. It really has made me realize we really are all in this together. Even just seeing other people walking down the street, even strangers are smiling at each other.

Her latest single "Forever" has an amazing music video for it that was released a couple weeks ago. She explains the meaning behind the song and video:

The response to [Forever] has been so amazing and really cool. It's a different side of me too. I think the EP was just about one person so I wanted even the visual for "Forever" to be like really celebratory and just super driven by badass female energy. It was really cool to work with so many amazing women that were just really comfortable in their bodies and in their power and their sexuality, which is something that is really important to me to lift that up and to have that be seen. And I wanted to bring more color into my world.
