If you have been affected by the Thomas, Creek and Rye fires the California Department of Motor Vehicles is offering limited services free of charge . There are temporary centers open already, I know that right now isn't the time to think about this kinda stuff but it's better to do it now .
Governer Edmund G. Brown issued the emergency proclamation authorizing fee and or penalty waivers for the wildfire survivors and it allows them to replace driver licenses, identification cards, vehicle registration and title and disabled person parking placards and so much more you can call customer service center at 1-800-777-0133 or visit www.dmv.ca.gov
