Steal My Smoothie Recipe, It's SO Delish

So I made this new smoothie for breakfast this morning and I loved it so much I wanted to share my recipe!

Check it out...

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop plant based Vegan protein **no grains
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup of water 
  • Tablespoon of hulled flaxseeds

 **if you want to sweeten it up add

  • 1 date
  • 1 small scoop of almond butter
