So I made this new smoothie for breakfast this morning and I loved it so much I wanted to share my recipe!
Check it out...
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop plant based Vegan protein **no grains
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup of water
- Tablespoon of hulled flaxseeds
**if you want to sweeten it up add
- 1 date
- 1 small scoop of almond butter
