It's been 4 years since Cory Monteith passed away, and Lea Michelle payed tribute to her late boyfriend with a post on Twitter to honor his life. She posted a throwback photo of the two with the caption, “Hard to believe it’s been 4 years... We miss you C…love you more.”
Michele has been very vocal over the past few years on social media about how loved and missed Cory is. Since his passing, she has posted numerous times on his birthday and on the anniversary of his death to honor his impact on her life and on lives his loved ones.
She also recently got a tattoo of the name of Cory's "Glee" character Finn in his memory.
