So, I certainly have some bad news for all you french fry lovers out there (and believe me, I'm with you on this, I really love a good batch of fries!)
But a recent study directly linked the consumption of French fries to a shorter life span.
The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition states that people who ate French fries more than two times a week have a higher risk of dying.
If we're being honest with ourselves, this isn't that surprising, though it is depressing.
To be fair though, the health conditions of the people used for the study were not available, so we don't know what the 'starting point' is.
What if you eat perfectly and work out 4 days a week OTHER than your two French fry servings a week? I have a lot of questions.
I guess the key is... everything in moderation? Dang.
