In somewhat bizarre news, everyone's favorite purple dinosaur is speaking out.
Or at least, the man who played him for 10 years is! It's time to meet David Joyner, who was the man inside the suit from 1991 to 2001.
"Barney is about 70 lbs. And it can get over 120 degrees inside."
I mean, this man speaks very highly of his experience playing Barney, but doesn't it kind of freak you out that this poor man was basically lifting weight and sweating SO MUCH inside that suit?
Hey, Barney is still Barney.
And this guy totally made it cool to be Barney.
