If you've never heard of Alamo Drafthouse Cinema prepare to have your life changed for the better, because one is coming to Los Angeles! It's been three years in the making and now LA will FINALLY get to it experience the Texas based chain.
It will be housed downtown in The Bloc. The theater will show all sorts of movies everything from your typical new releases to indie, foreign and even independent films - along with being a venue for special events. Really cool!
But, the BEST part is they serve food and drinks in the theaters and there is a full bar inside the location itself that has a menu with tons of local craft beers and cocktails. I've been to the bar before and it's AMAZING. Seriously so great!
