So there's some good news to share today.

Coffee might actually make you *better* at working out.

Customers Brace To Pay More For Starbucks Coffee

A study done by by Professor Bruno Gualano at the University of São Paulo found that caffeine makes us better at working out. When consumed in correct amounts!

To get these findings, he got three groups of bikers, one group had LOW caffeine intake, the second group was MODERATE, and the third group was HIGH.

They then tested calorie burn among the groups at different levels of caffeine intake and found almost all of the cyclists performed 3.3% better after taking a caffeine pill!

So if you've ever put off that cup of coffee before the gym because you were concerned about the negative side effects, you might actually want to make sure you get it in! Because your calorie burn will be way higher.

With that said, I'm going to go stock up on coffee so I can always get that cup before my working - just make sure you don't drink too much caffeine, that can dehydrate you which we know it obviously not ideal for a workout.

Happy coffee drinking!
