After putting a billboard up in New York City's Times Square - which was tweeted out shortly after #WangoTango (!!!) - Katy Perry fans were eagerly waiting the announcement of some sort May 15th. Whether it was going to be a third single or album, KatyCats were excited to find out!
Well, the announcement is here! It's not just an album but a North American Tour! AHH! She just decided to throw it all on us at once! I'm sure the tease in the above tweet will be one of the songs on her new album Witness. But we won't know for sure until June 9th!
Not only that, but the 'Witness Tour' begins in September, starting in Ohio. Each ticket purchased comes with a copy of the album Witness and the pre-sale begins for Ticketmaster Verified Fans on Thursday, May 18th @ 9AM. Tickets for general public go on sale Monday, May 22nd @ 10AM. Not only that, but part of the proceeds of ticket sales will go to the Boys & Girls Club of America.
