I actually was JUST thinking that I want to redecorate my place. But, it's always so hard to decide what to do with your old furniture. Do you sell it on craigslist or dump it at the curb for garbage pickup?!
Well, here's the solution...bring it to IKEA!From April 22nd through May 21st you can bring your old furniture there in exchange for a coupon. The coupon will entitle you to $20 off your purchase of $150 or more!
You can bring living room, dining room, office and bedroom furniture! Just no mattresses or bedding. Best part is the furniture you are donating do not have to be from Ikea, but make sure it is in good condition.
Ikea is doing this in honor of Earth Day and they have teamed up with Goodwill to do it! Goodwill will be on site to help with the heavy lifting and provide you with a tax deduction form. It's their Furniture Take Back program and it sounds pretty awesome!
