More Than Half Of SoCal Beaches Could Disappear By 2100

A new study says that between rising sea levels, erosion and storm patterns, California beaches could one day end up under water. A new report from the U.S. Geological Survey says that within the next hundred years, up to sixty-seven percent of SoCal beaches could have no visible sand, just water up to the sea walls.

It's possible that sea levels could rise three to six feet by that time. Luckily it wouldn't impact us much right now, but it's still something to be aware of! Lets hope this doesn't happen because our California beaches are certainly something special to us and one of the things we are known for!
