The Strongest Storm Of The Season Is Headed To SoCal This Friday

We have been getting TONS of rain this year and as a native Californian myself, I can honestly say it's the most I've seen in my lifetime here. But, it looks like we aren't in the clear.

The National Weather Service is expecting the strongest storm this season to hit the Los Angeles area this Friday (February 17th). The heavy rain could even last into Saturday, perfect excuse to chill on the couch and watch Netflix! Am I right?!

Staying in may just be your best bet because we could receive 2 to 4 inches of rainfall in the coastal and valley areas. The numbers may not seem scary, but if it all hits at once it could cause a lot of dangerous issues - flash flooding, mudslides, downed trees and power lines. Ugh!

Roads will be slick and visibility will be reduced, all causing traffic delays. Need I remind you how LA drivers are in the rain. Yeah so, leave extra time for your commute Friday and plan what you'll be binge watching on Netflix Saturday!
