What do Rihanna and Madonna have in common?  Besides both of them being incredibly talented pop stars, they know the benefits of drinking coconut water. Rihanna even had a sponsorship deal with Vita-coco. I am also a BIG fan of coconut water and drink at least one bottle, almost daily. When I was recently vacationing in Thailand, I drank them right out of the coconut.  
It's been dubbed "Mother Nature's sports drink."  I swear it is one of nature's secret treats and we are just beginning to learn the benefits.  There are several health benefits to drinking coconut water.
