The first time I met Jason Derulo was several years ago, when he came to my house to do yoga.  At that time, his first hit single, Whatcha Say, was exploding on the airwaves.  I knew in an instant he was going to have an incredible career as an artist.  He was very nice and so much fun, even though I was kicking his butt in yoga!  

Over the years, I have enjoyed watching him deliver hit after hit and become, not only a heartthrob, but inspiring role model.  In fact, his recent single, "The Other Side," just made it into my iHeart Radio Rockstar Heatlh & Fitness workout playlist. (insert link to playlist).  

Recently, we hung out together at a fun event in Napa Valley called, Live in the Vineyard. It combines music, wine and food. After watching his incredibly high energy set, I was really excited to learn his healthy secrets.  When we were backstage, I asked Jason what they were (while quickly grabbing my camera, so I could share them with you).
