World Children’s Initiative “WCI” is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving and rebuilding the healthcare and educational infrastructure for children in developing areas both domestically and worldwide. Inspired by a trip to Sri Lanka to assist the victims of the December 26, 2004, Indian Ocean Tsunami, three close friends from college, founded World Children’s Initiative. WCI is a wholly volunteer-run organization and its directors do not draw salaries, ensuring that all donations directly help children in need.
The Super Amazing Princess Heroes have released a new children’s picture book, “The Gift of Gift”, which highlights girl empowerment, diversity, and a heartwarming adventure in Africa. Proceeds from the book will be shared with World Children’s Initiative, a non-profit organization that built a heart center in Uganda, which was the first facility of its type on the African continent.
