Whether he goes by Diddy or Puff Daddy, there's no doubt that Sean Combs is the "biggest homie" of the hip-hop world.
The hip-hop media mogul is topping the "Forbes Five" list of hip-hop's wealthiest artists with an estimated net worth of $700 million. With the launch of his television network, Revolt TV, Diddy managed to increase his fortune by $120 million in the past year.
The Bad Boy Records founder is well ahead of the list's runner-up, Dr. Dre, whose bank account swelled from $350 million in 2013 to $550 million this year. Much of that $200 million increase reportedly comes from his stake in his Beats By Dre headphone company.
Last year's runner-up, Jay Z, has fallen to third place even though he's managed to cross the half-billion-dollar mark. His fortune is currently at $520 million.
Rounding out the list is Cash Money Records co-founder Birdman who's said to be worth $300 million, followed by 50 Cent with $100 million.
